CANCELLATION POLICY

At Brows Like Gina’s, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it impacts my ability to accommodate other clients. Please review my policy before booking. ✨ No-Call / No-Show: Clients who miss their appointment without any communication will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee is automatically processed through GlossGenius and must be paid before rebooking. ✨ Late Cancellations / Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you may avoid the 50% fee by rescheduling within the same calendar week, based on availability. You can request this directly through your GlossGenius confirmation link or by messaging me. If you have a legitimate emergency, please let me know as soon as you can and I will work with you. ✨ How to Cancel or Reschedule: Use the link in your confirmation or reminder text/email sent by GlossGenius to cancel or reschedule.
